Dinveralio S.L., with tax ID B-87654321 and registered office at Calle de Génova 17, 4th floor, 28004 Madrid (Spain), is the data controller of personal information collected through dinveralio.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the information you provide voluntarily when subscribing to our newsletter: name and email address. Technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) may also be collected for statistical and security purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to send you our newsletter on sustainable development, to manage your subscription and to handle your communications. We do not perform automated profiling and we do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given at the moment of subscription, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
5. Data retention
We will keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. Once you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to contacto@dinveralio.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or destruction. Communications are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
